Excellent service from Subhojit Bhowmick. I called in regarding several changes we needed to our phone routing and messaging, including how financial and payment-related calls are handled. Subhojit took the time to talk through the changes with me in real time and make sure he fully understood what we needed.

I needed some time to verify a few details internally, so he gave me time to do that and followed up shortly afterward. When I wasn’t immediately available, he continued trying until he reached me, and then walked through the remaining changes with me to make sure everything was resolved correctly.

He was extremely helpful and thorough, confirming the phone extensions, email addresses, multiple recipients, and the differences between our daytime and after-hours call flows. I really appreciated his attention to detail and his commitment to making sure everything was handled correctly.
